Enrolments Open
We are currently accepting new enrolments
If you are due for a repeat prescription please arrange this with your current medical centre prior to transferring to avoid any delays in getting your medication.
All newly enrolling patients on long-term medications are required to have an appointment with one of our Advanced Nurses as part of the enrolment process. There is a fee for this consult. The purpose of these appointments are to ensure we have up to date health information for you including health vitals, diagnosis and medication information and an opportunity for you to discuss any current health issues you are experiencing.
Urgent care triage
We are pleased to announce the relaunching of our Walk-in Urgent Care Clinic, now open daily. Please see our Walk-in Urgent Care Clinic operating hours.
When our Walk in Urgent Care Clinic is unavailable please phone and one of our Nurses will triage you over the phone to determine the best course of action. This may include advice, a prescription or a same day appointment with a nurse or doctor.
Please note that we work closely with the Urgent Care Providers who are able to see non-registered patients. These include Tui Medical, Anglesea Accident and Emergency, Victoria Clinic and Mahoe Clinic. You are also able to contact Online Providers for telehealth services.
