MyIndici - Patient Portal

My Indici is our secure online patient portal allowing you to manage your health needs from the comfort of your own home.

  • Through myIndici you are able to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your test results and communicate directly with a nurse or administrator.

  • Who is eligible for myIndici? – anyone over 16 years of age who has their own email address and who is a registered patient of Cambridge Medical Centre.  

  • Parents or legal guardians of children under 16 years can now link their childs patient records through their myIndici login.  Please talk to one of our admin team if this is something you are interested in.  Once your child turns 16 they will need to set up their own myIndici login.

BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT USING MYINDICI

The MyIndici appointment booking function allows you to book a standard consultation slot with your GP or another available provider.  

We are now offering a number of specialised clinics.  These require special scheduling and often needing longer time slots, or coordination with the appropriate clinical staff.  If you are requiring one of the following services, please do not book using MyIndici, instead call us on 07 8277184 to avoid rescheduling on the day:

  • Medicals & Special Assessments (e.g Class 1 Driving medicals / Dive medicals / Insurance medicals / Employment medicals etc.)

  • Annual Medication Reviews

  • Childhood Immunisations

  • Travel Consultations and Vaccinations

  • Minor surgeries or procedures (e.g. skin checks, mole removals, cortisone injections)

  • Longer or complex consultations (e.g. mental health related)

  • Multiple health concerns or extended visits requiring extra time

Please note that you can only access the myIndici portal within NZ or Australia due to NZ Health Information security laws.  If you need to stay connected with Cambridge Medical Centre whilst overseas please email us at info@cambmedcentre.co.nz to let us know where you are going, how long you will be overseas and what contact and information you require.

NEW : Login đź’» process changed with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) provides an additional layer of protection by requiring users to enter a one-time-use code sent to their phone or email before accessing the patient portal.

Setting up MFA for MyIndici

  1. Keep MyIndici open. Switch to your text messages and note the code you’ve received.

  2. Return to MyIndici and enter the code.

  3. You’ll get a second code by text—enter that as well.

  4. Select “Trust this device” (or similar wording) if you don’t want to repeat this process each time you log in.

  5. Finish setup: After entering both codes, your Multi-Factor Authentication should be successfully enabled.

You should only need to do this once.
